Dance Workout

If you are after something a little higher in energy and certain to get your heart pumping why not check out our FitSteps, Zumba or Contemporary dance for beginners class. Friendly, accessible and fun our dance classes are a brilliant way to workout learn some new steps and most importantly have fun (you don’t need to be able to dance at all!) classes are for all levels. 

Why not come along and try one of our dance fitness classes in Kettering, at the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre. 

Fitsteps

 FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance class designed to achieve real, measurable fitness results. The dance class mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances to create fun-filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re getting fit! Transform your body and have fun dancing to music that will get your heart pumping!

We also offer Family FitSteps classes on the first Saturday of every month. Something for all the family to try and enjoy.

Zumba

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance class that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE FOR BEGINNERS

An exciting heart-based, musically-inspired, yoga-dance fusion class is is the perfect workout for the mind body and soul.
