Our schedule includes daily group fitness sessions working on improving cardio vascular fitness, strength and overall health. The sessions will get you moving with a range of body weight and resistance exercises designed to better your strength and range of motion. Our circuit training sessions will be best for raising the heart rate and maxing calorie burning. Whereas as our full body strength sessions run at a slower pace and focus more on muscle development.
All sessions are led by our two in house fitness instructors, Louise Frances and Ben Oxford. The session plans work through a structured warm up of mobility and activation, running into main blocks of resistance training and body weight exercises. All sessions are finished with a cool down stretch. For the ultimate Ironstone exercise, clients can follow up their fitness class with a yoga session. All ability levels are welcome, with equipment variety catering for both beginners and experienced gym goers in Kettering.
Functional Fitness is a group training session focusing on full body movements to improve relative body strength and mobility. The range of exercises will utilise dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight exercise that encourages full range of motion. The session structure will follow a combination of set/reps and timed intervals.

HIIT Circuits is a group training session combining both resistance exercises and cardio. Sessions will be structured on timed intervals of high intensity exercise, aiming to increase heart rate and burn calories. The session welcomes a great group training environment!

Do you feel a little nervous going to the gym but want the opportunity to learn and get more confident with exercises and how to do them? This female only class is designed to help women perfect their technique while getting a good sweat on!

Full body strength is a group session utilising resistance training to improve overall fitness. The session will include a full body warm up, followed by a combination of push, pull and leg exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight. The format will primarily follow a sets and reps structure. Participants will have access to their own individual bench and weights selection so as to work at a level suited to them.

This conditioning class employs resistance loop bands to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core. A great workout if you are looking to burn some calories and tone up!
