Introduction to Hot Yoga

Hot yoga classes are suitable for beginners all the way through to advanced yogis. If it’s your first hot experience make sure your teacher is aware of that, take it steady, take breaks when you need to and make sure you drink plenty of water. We’d recommend starting in either our Hot Hatha or Hot Yin Yoga classes to get used to the heat.

Our purpose built hot yoga studio in Kettering is the perfect place to escape, to relax and unwind and support your mental and physical well-being. Why not come along and try Hot Yoga in Kettering at the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre.

Strengthens Your Body – The poses in yoga can improve your balance significantly, as well as help with leg strength and muscle control.

Focuses Your Mind – Yoga encourages a mindful state, helping you to feel relaxed and calm reducing stress levels.

What to bring?

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat, however we can lend you a mat if required.

A hot yoga towel to prevent slipping.
