We understand that attending a fitness class for the first time can sometimes feel a bit daunting. Therefore, here at the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre we decided to create some videos of our instructors so that you-could meet them before the class, learn about what got them in to becoming a fitness instructor and of course what to expect from their class. We hope that this helps you to choose which classes to try whatever that may be, in Kettering at the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre.
