A fitness class focusing on the main areas to recover the body after giving birth. Bring your little ones to join in and let’s get moving Mamas!
Using hand dumbbells and resistance bands the class will work on correcting posture & balance, building strength to help with completing all the new day-to-day ‘mum jobs’ we now have to do. Working on breathing techniques that help to engage and heal the inner core, gaining confidence while you meet other new Mums.
Suitable for Children aged 3 months – 2 years.
