INTRODUCTION TO Soulful Flow Yoga

A flow class, focusing on uniting mind, body and breath. We start with active postures to warm and strengthen the body, melting into softer flexibility work to encourage relaxation.  Classes often explore setting intentions to enable students to take their learnings off of the mat and into real life.

The flow will close with soothing breathing exercises and a gentle meditation, leaving you feeling as if you have had a full body (and mind) massage. This class will be accompanied by essential oils.

What to bring?

For now, due to Covid we will not be providing mats. You will therefore be required to bring your own. We will provide blocks and straps.

A hot yoga towel to prevent slipping in hot and warm classes.

Water – Hydration before, during and after hot yoga is key.

Our changing facilities and toilets are available.

We have onsite parking.

Benefits

Improves Flexibility – You will notice an improvement in your range of motion if you stick to regular practice.

Strengthens Your Body – The poses in yoga can improve your balance significantly, as well as help with leg strength and muscle control.

Focuses Your Mind – Yoga encourages a mindful state, helping you to feel relaxed and calm reducing stress levels.

Connecting With The Breath – The Breath is a powerful tool when it comes to our well-being. If we can learn to connect with the breath, energy also known as the prana, will begin to flow more freely. This is essential in Hatha yoga as it will help with the alignment of both body and mind.
