We’re proud to offer a range of classes at the centre with different courses and workshops taking place regularly and we’re confident you’ll find something to suit you. Please note that most of our classes are bookable online, and you’ll need to book these via the website, app or by giving us a call before attending a class. If a class is non-bookable in the timetable, please contact the instructor directly. You can find out how to book these classes in the grid below.

Hot Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Hot Yoga Vinyasa classes aim to be strong, but accessible and fun, with an emphasis on exploring the balance of strength and softness within poses and helping students listen to and become more aware of their bodies and breath. Practiced in 37 degree heat the vinyasa element focuses on using the breath to flow the different postures together.

Hot Yoga Restorative


Slow down the pace of life and come to your mat to relax. Restorative yoga combines yoga, breathing & meditation to integrate the mind body and soul. Particularly focusing on soothing the nervous system, creating a safe space for the body to move into a place of rest and digest. Allow the heat to open the body, soothe the mind and take you to a state of deep relaxation.

Hot Hatha Yoga

Our Hot Hatha Yoga classes are a dynamic experience that has a varied series of postures designed to challenge and lift both body, mind and soul. Each class will be different, will challenge you, will be physically strong and allow you leave your practice calm, centred and relaxed . Classes are suitable for all levels – all you need to do is come with a can-do attitude. Classes are designed to be fun and enjoyable… but with the promise of getting a sweat on.

FITSTEPS

 FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance class designed to achieve real, measurable fitness results. The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances to create fun-filled classes where you don't even realise you're getting fit! Transform your body and have fun dancing to music that will get your heart pumping!

Hot Pilates

These 45 minute classes are high intensity but low impact and offer a full body workout focusing on traditional Pilates principles practised in 37 degree heat. The heat warms up muscles more quickly and the class is challenging but fun offering a great workout and a real endorphin hit.

Evening Core Pilates

These classes will focus on low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. you will be led through movements to target the core whilst working other areas of your body. Pilates will help you strengthen and stabilise your core so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.

Hatha...Two breaths more

Hatha yoga is about the mind, body and soul working together in harmony. A regular practice with Two Breaths More will help your body to become stronger and more flexible, and breathing techniques will help to calm your mind.

During our yoga practice we often experience a little discomfort in a pose, believing that we are holding it to our maximum capability. I invite you to take two breaths more to help you stay in the pose for a fraction longer and step beyond your comfort zone.

By taking two breaths more, energy shifts to the upper part of your brain, forming and reinforcing new neural pathways, which will increase willpower and confidence.

TAI CHI FOUR WEEK COURSE

Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for defence, for its health benefits and for meditation. Qigong refers to a range of Chinese exercise systems combining posture and movement with breathing and meditation used to promote health and sometimes as part of martial arts training.

Dominic will be teaching some foundation exercises by way of an introduction to the health promoting aspects of Tai Chi and Qigong. The movements combine slow moving stretches and standing postures with quiet regulation of your breathing and mindful attention. This 4 week introduction will provide you with a basis to take your Tai Chi/Qigong forward. Regular practice leads to more vigour and flexibility, better balance and mobility as well as a sense of well-being.

The cost for the four week course is £35. Please note the course dates are 14th October, 21st October, 4 November and 11th November (no class on 28th October)

Relaxation Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation can take many different forms, it isn't all sitting in silence and completely closing your mind down (which without a lot of practice, isn't an easy thing to do!). In these sessions, we will cover different types of meditation, with you being guided through the practice each week.

A few examples of the types of meditation we will cover include breathing meditation, chakra meditation and body scan meditation where we sync the body and mind. We will also introduce the concept of Yoga Nidra (also commonly known as 'yogic sleep') which is a powerful technique for relaxation and very easy to practice.

No previous meditation experience is required for these classes, just bring yourself and perhaps an extra comfortable layer to keep warm as we will be still for the majority of the class. These sessions are aimed at giving you a peaceful break, but also bringing a sense of renewal for the rest of your day.

Men's Yoga

The perfect class for men who are perhaps nervous or unsure about joining a regular yoga class. With guidance and tuition from Sally she will introduce you to the principles of yoga and will lead you through a range of introductory poses and flows to help you enjoy the benefits of increased flexibility, stability, sports performance, and overall stress-relief.

Women's Wellbeing and Yoga

Bookable either as a 6 week block (£50) or as a drop in class (£10). Yoga and Wellbeing specifically for women. Come together in circle to relax, refresh, encourage and share. A class mixed with yoga asana, breathing techniques, moon cycles, sharing and nurture.

Pregnancy Yoga

Using a combination of yoga-inspired postures, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques along with massage and equipment such as yoga balls, our Pregnancy Yoga pregnancy yoga classes are designed to build your connection with the baby as well as strengthening the body, relaxing the mind for birth and alleviating some of the discomforts of pregnancy.

Children's Yoga

This class introduces yoga to young minds, using a fun, interactive and friendly approach to yoga poses and breathing techniques to help provide children with tools to help them relax, stay calm, recognise their emotions and also build physical strength, balance and flexibility.

Mat Pilates with Sylvia

Pilates is a mind-body intervention that focuses on strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing. 

If you practice Pilates regularly, it will change your body. Known for creating long, strong muscles and a leaner look, Pilates improves muscle tone, balances musculature, supports beautiful posture, and teaches you to move with ease and grace. All of these things will make you look and feel very fit.

The health benefits of Pilates include improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body), balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs.

Early Morning Weekend Yoga

The perfect start to your weekend, wake up your body with this gentle yet energising Hatha flow. Take an hour to yourself on your weekend to leave you refreshed energised and ready for the day.

HIIT Blast: Cardio and Abs

30 minutes is all it takes to take your fitness to a new level. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has made its name as a fitness game-changer, and there are plenty of transformative effects of this short workout blast. 

Short, intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery. Go as hard as you can for a short period of time, rest, and then repeat. It’s the intervals that allow you to keep pushing into your max effort training zone. Legs Bums and Tums

Exercise to Music

This gentle exercise to music class offers a range of benefits, helping you to maintain a healthy weight, reducing your risk of falls by strengthening bones & muscles, improving your thinking skills, boosting your mood and energy to name a few. These classes are fun and sociable offering the chance to make new friends with gentle stretching to improve flexibility and improve balance. Plus your class fee also includes a hot drink and slice of cake from the cafe afterwards!

Sit and Fit: Seated Yoga

Seated yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes are suitable for those with physical disabilities or who typically might find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

Wellbeing Wednesdays (6 week course or drop in)

Mat based Pilates for beginners

This course aims to teach the fundamentals of Pilates. Pilates is technical and it’s important to understand how to set yourself in the correct position to get the full benefit of each exercise. This course will help your posture, strengthen your core and back. It will help mobility in your upper back and take the tension from tight shoulders and necks. It’s fantastic for balance, peace of mind and overall well-being. Life is better with Pilates!
