Why not join us for a gentle, nourishing yoga practice and calming meditation. This class will help to improve your mental wellbeing and recharge the body to support in having a fresher outlook for the rest of your day.
This is a slower based class suitable for all levels. This class helps improve flexibility whilst relaxing the mind as part of the gentle yoga and meditation class. This is an ideal class for anyone wanting a more relaxed exercise class, people starting out on their yoga journey or for students recovering from injury or illness.
Improves Flexibility – You will notice an improvement in your range of motion if you stick to regular practice.
Strengthens Your Body – The poses in yoga can improve your balance significantly, as well as help with leg strength and muscle control.
Focuses Your Mind – Yoga encourages a mindful state, helping you to feel relaxed and calm reducing stress levels.
Connecting With The Breath – The Breath is a powerful tool when it comes to our well-being. If we can learn to connect with the breath, energy also known as the prana, will begin to flow more freely. This is essential in Hatha yoga as it will help with the alignment of both body and mind.
A drop-in Gentle Yoga and Meditation class is £8 a session Off peak hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri). The price can be greatly reduced by purchasing a membership or class pack.
