Join us on Saturday 15th October, 10am to 11:30am, for an uplifting morning of slow flowing yoga and positive affirmations to awaken more happy, healthy and healing energy within your body and mind. Ladies, gentlemen, beginners and all levels are welcome. Discover helpful tips to help build healthy habits for a happy back and happy hips. Unwind and destress the body through gentle movement and breathing techniques ending with a guided meditation. Variations of yoga poses will be given so that you can choose the best options to suit your body and rest whenever you like. You’ll be given a free yoga sequence handout to inspire you to continue with a gentle and consistent home practice in between classes. You’ll also get the chance to catch up in the café afterwards to chat and make new friends. Refreshments are included.
