Strength & Recovery is an entry level resistance training class for individuals recovering from injury, new to strength training, or those who may not feel confident in a traditional fitness environment. Led by Ben, this class blends functional strength work, and supportive coaching to help you develop muscle, improve joint strength, and improve strength at your own pace.
Whether you’re returning to exercise, managing age-related changes, or just starting out on your fitness journey, Strength & Recovery offers a safe, welcoming space to exercise.
This class is part of Ironstone Wellbeing Centre’s new mission to create a more inclusive environment for beginners, older adults, and those recovering from injury.
