Whats is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy promotes good health, posture, and recovery from a wide range of medical conditions through physical manipulation, stretching and massage techniques.

Osteopathy aims to relieve muscle tension, enhance blood supply to the muscles and to increase the mobility of the joints. Osteopaths can help with conditions that affect the muscles, bones, and joints, such as:

Meet Brooke

Brooke graduated as an Osteopath in Australia in 2009, before moving to the UK. Brooke has worked in both professional and amateur sport, including rugby and triathlon, treating acute and chronic issues, as well building rehabilitation program focussing on strength and stability.

Since having her daughter in 2015, Brooke has focussed her experience in private practice, treating injuries and issues involving the whole body, for patients ranging from 1 week old, to 101 years old! In recent years, Brooke’s speciality has expanded into women’s health and pelvic health, to help with pregnancy and treat issues such as incontinence, and symptoms associated with menopause.

  • Initial Consultation & Treatment

    First Visit

    During treatment, Brooke will discuss the full history of your problem, complete a diagnosis and set out a plan for improvement. The appointment includes hands on treatment and a recommendation for rehabilitation exercises.

    £65 – 45 Minutes

  • Osteopath Appointment

    Repeat Booking

    Following your first session, Brooke will recommend a targeted treatment plan for your recovery. The plan will include exercises and recommended frequency for future appointments.

    £60 – 30 minutes
