NEW CLASSES AND TIMETABLE CHANGES

We can’t quite believe we’ve over halfway through October and we’ve been open for over 8 weeks! It’s been a learning curve for all of us and we’re still learning and working out what is popular and what people want to see on the timetable. This is where your feedback is so crucial so thank you to everyone who has filled in a survey or just chatted to us at reception. Based on this we’ve started to bulk out our timetable so hopefully you can find your perfect class at the perfect time (or close to it!)

We’ve made a fair few additions and some changes, with some instructors taking on new time slots and starting exciting new classes. All the details are below, and all the new classes can be found on the timetable. We’ve also added an Off-Peak Class Pack (£35 for five classes between 9-5pm, excluding hot yoga) and an Over 60s Class Pack (£40 for five classes at any time). Plus, all our 45-minute classes are £8.

Mondays – We’ve added a Hot Hatha Yoga at 6pm to the timetable with the brilliant Paul Hodgetts who some of you might have met at the open day. Paul will be brining his own spin to our hot classes, encouraging you to take ‘two breaths more’ to help you stay in the pose for a fraction longer and step beyond your comfort zone, building confidence and strength.

If you’re not after the heat then you can join Paul at 7.15pm for a Hatha…Two Breaths More, where you can deepen your practice without the heat! This replaces our Evening Yoga with Claire who sadly will be leaving Ironstone. Starting Monday 28th October

Tuesdays– Were filling up our Tuesday timetable, our current 9.30am Intro to Yoga will become a Morning Yoga Flow and will be taught by the wonderful Sylvia Kovacks. Sylvia will be bringing her endless energy and personality to this friendly and welcoming class which is suitable for all levels. This class starts on Tuesday 29th October

Sylvia will then be running a 30-minute HIIT Blast Class at 12.30pm, perfect to shake up your lunch break and take your fitness to a new level!
