Ironstone Terms & Conditions

ARRIVAL AND CLASS START TIME

When booking a class, course or workshop, take note of the studio that you are booking into. All customers must arrive within 5 minutes of the start time of their class. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the class and will forfeit their class fee or class pass credit. We reserve the right to cancel a class if there are no online bookings 90 minutes before the scheduled class start time.

BEHAVIOUR

Abusive or threatening behaviour, language of a profane or discriminatory nature, or behaviour in contravention of our cultural policy will not be tolerated by Ironstone Wellbeing in any areas of the venue, or by email, phone or other forms of communication with our staff, teachers or management. Persons exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately. In this instance no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to place a ban on future entry for persons guilty of what we consider to be inappropriate behaviour as outlined above.

USING THE IRONSTONE WELLBEING WEBSITE

You may book a class, course or workshop via our online payment system. Please follow the instructions on the website. You may also purchase class packs there. If you have a problem booking online or purchasing a class pack, please call us. Advance bookings for classes at least 1 hours ahead can be made in person at reception with upfront payment required.

All bookings made on the website are subject to our terms and conditions, and by making a booking, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You are only permitted to making bookings for yourself, or others on whose behalf you are authorised to act. Some classes on our timetable are not bookable online and not eligible for booking with class pack credits. It is clearly stated online which classes are bookable online. For those that aren’t you will need to contact the instructor responsible directly and all communication about those classes must be made through the instructor, not Ironstone Wellbeing Centre.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

We use a third-party provider for our online bookings (Mind Body Online) and Go Cardless for our online payments processing. Please refer to the individual provider websites for more information.

SECURITY

Whilst we take every precaution to protect your personal online security, as the Ironstone Wellbeing website is subject to the public telecommunications network, we cannot guarantee the operation of the site will be secure, confidential, uninterrupted or error-free. In using the Ironstone Wellbeing website, you will not hold Ironstone Wellbeing responsible for any breach of security, unless such breach has been caused by Ironstone Wellbeing’s negligence. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link or emailing us.

INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

The information on this website is not intended to provide advice, medical or otherwise, and Ironstone Wellbeing accepts no responsibility for loss which may arise from use of any information on this website. The Ironstone Wellbeing website may contain links to external websites, and Ironstone Wellbeing is in no way responsible for the content of any of these external websites.

We may change the terms and conditions and policies from time to time, so please check this page regularly.

PRIVACY POLICY

Ironstone Wellbeing collects personal information from you in order to provide you with a service. Ironstone Wellbeing does not share any of the details with any third party. When placing a booking, or attending our venue, you are obliged to provide us with your name, address, email address and phone number. We may ask for more information than this, in order to improve our services to you, but you are under no obligation to provide more.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS, DRESS AND SAFETY

For security reasons clients are advised to lock all personal belongings and valuables in the lockers provided.

Personal belongings are brought onto the Centre’s premises or any Studio at the Client’s own risk and Ironstone does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

Clients are requested to wear a form of dress appropriate to the class they are taking part in. Footwear should be removed in the changing room or outside the studio unless appropriate for the class you are taking part in.

In the interests of safety and hygiene, no crockery, glass or food are permitted in the changing rooms, studios or consultation rooms.

Clients must use the main entrance to the centre. Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and Members must not interfere with these doors for any reason.

During hot yoga classes Clients are required to use a suitable towel for the purpose of completely covering their yoga mat in a Studio.

In the event of a fire, Clients are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.

Smoking is not allowed in the centre itself.

GENERAL

Clients must at all times observe Ironstone’s guidelines which may be notified to them from time to time and are requested to comply with any reasonable directions which the management of the centre may issue to ensure the safety of the Clients and the smooth operation of the centre for the convenience of all Clients.

Clients consent to having their photograph taken by Ironstone at any time whilst using Ironstone’s facilities and Ironstone reserves the right to use any such individual or group photographs of Clients and/or guests for press or promotional purposes. If a Client specifically does not want their photograph used for such purposes, then they must notify Ironstone in writing.

Clients are required to give written notice to Ironstone of any change of address or email. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed to have been received by the Client.

DISCLAIMER

All participants in classes or workshops at Ironstone Wellbeing Centre take part at their own risk. Teachers must be made aware by the participant of any health problems that they (the participant) may have. You will be required to sign a waiver online when booking your first class or purchasing a class pack.

BOOKINGS

You will need to pay for your class online, via our app or over the phone before your class. If you need assistance with setting up your online account and booking online, please ask at reception or give us a call. Advance bookings for classes at least 1 hour ahead can be made in person at reception with upfront payment required by card only.

USING THE WAITLIST

If a class is fully booked, put yourself on the waitlist. Spaces generally do come available. If you get a space, you’ll be emailed/sent a text/notified via the Ironstone MBO app. You can be added to class from the waitlist up to an hour before it’s due to start. So, if you’re not able to make it, remember to take yourself off the list otherwise you may still be charged.

REFUNDS

Drop Ins, Class packs, workshop credits and memberships are not eligible for refund or return.

Unused class bundle and membership credits cannot be credited back once beyond the 12 month expiration date.

Class credits cannot be transferred to another client account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund in the form of a credit will be made for a public class booked with credits if cancelled no less than 8 hours before the class. If you have a membership and fail to cancel prior to this you will be charged a late cancellation fee of £6. 

For Classes:

A refund in the form of a credit will only be made for a public class if cancelled more than 8 hours prior to the start time. This applies to drop-in classes.  Customers with drop-ins who cancel with 8 or less hours notice before their class will forfeit their payment or that class. Class packs are non-refundable once a purchase has been made.

For Membership:

Monthly memberships operate on a rolling contract. To terminate or suspend the membership you must give notice prior to the month renewal. Ironstone will not back date a refund on cancellation of a previous months membership.

For annual memberships the contract is non-refundable. In outlying circumstances, such as injury or illness, management can provide a contract extension for the time missed if appropriate.

If Ironstone Wellbeing cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund in the form of a credit or a transfer to a suitable alternative class or workshop.

For Workshops:

A refund will be made for a workshop, if cancelled at least 1 day before.

For Appointments:

Cancellations made within 48hrs of the appointment will not receive a refund on the booking.   

Purchasing Policy

DROP-INS, CLASS PASSES, MEMBERSHIPS, EXPIRY DATES AND EXTENSION FEES

Drop-ins cost £12 per class. This needs to be paid whilst booking to secure your place. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and sign the waiver when you book your first class.

3 Credit Class Packs have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. Should the passes not be used within this time period they will not be available for further use.

10 Credit Class Packs have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. Should the passes not be used within this time period they will not be available for further use.

20 Credit Class Packs have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. Should the passes not be used within this time period they will not be available for further use.

Class passes and membership packages are not valid for workshops, masterclasses or special events.

Monthly memberships are a rolling contract which will automatically renew on the same day each month. Payment will be taken from the day a membership is purchased and your membership will begin on that day. For example a Premium Membership which is purchased on 5 November will charge £75 on 5 November, 5 December and 5 January and your membership will be valid from as soon as you purchase it.

Only Ironstone run classes are valid for use with monthly and annual memberships, class packs and credits. It is clearly stated on the website which classes are eligible for class passes and credits. For those that are not you will need to contact the instructor directly to book. Ironstone Wellbeing takes no responsibility for bookings and the management of classes run by third-party instructors

GIFT CARDS

Ironstone gift cards – for use on class bundles, appointments and credit value against membership – must be redeemed with in 12 months of the purchase date. To redeem the voucher a valid voucher code must be provided to the Ironstone team.
