Join Pilates teacher trainer Michal Avriel for an engaging workshop focused on the effective use of the Magic Circle and Foam Roller in your fitness and Pilates classes.

Means of Resistance: Incorporating resistance into your practise to increase the difficulty of exercise.

Support Mechanism: Using the Magic Circle and foam roller to aid in maintaining correct posture and alignment.

Workshop Schedule

10:00

Practical Class (1.5 hours): Guided Pilates class using both accessories.

Break (15 minutes )

11:45

Practical Workshop (1 hour):
Understand the theory and principles behind the practices.
Make adjustments for different audiences and needs.
Build a flowing lesson plan suitable for a diverse group.

Break (15 minutes )

Practice and Self-Experience (1 hour):
Engage in hands-on practice.
Share insights and participate in group discussions.

Your Instructor

Michal Avriel Ogan is a master instructor with over 25 years of experience in movement, Pilates, and fitness. She holds a Bachelor in Physical Education and is certified in all Pilates devices. Michal specialises in posture restoration and ergonomics, working with diverse populations, including pregnant and postpartum women, older adults, and those experiencing menopause.

Emphasising functional mobility and practical strategies to enhance daily activities, she helps participants move with confidence. Passionate about ongoing learning, Michal’s methods are grounded in the latest research.
