Full body strength is a group session utilising resistance training to improve overall fitness. The session will include a full body warm up, followed by a combination of push, pull and leg exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight. The format will primarily follow a sets and reps structure. Participants will have access to their own individual bench and weights selection so as to work at a level suited to them.
