At the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre in Kettering, we offer a range of hot, normal and warm temperature yoga and pilates classes amongst many other wellbeing based fitness practices. If you are interested in incorporating a class or a morning of yoga/meditation for example alongside your conference or meeting we can arrange this for you.
