Coronavirus Update at Ironstone – Track and Trace

We hope that you are all keeping safe and well. After yesterday’s briefing from the Government we are pleased to say that class sizes will not be affected by the changes which have been made. In light of this update yesterday, the following changes are now going to be implemented with immediate effect from Thursday 24th September. If you could take a couple of minutes to read our latest procedures outlined below, we would be grateful. We are doing all that we can to ensure the safety of all of our Ironstone customers.

Wearing Masks

It is now obligatory for all of our customers to wear a mask on arrival and exit to the centre. If you forget your mask you can purchase one from the reception desk for £1.

– You can remove your mask once everyone is seated (or standing if the class does not involve a mat) and when the teacher says that it safe to do so

– You do not need to wear the mask during the class

– Masks will need to be put on again for leaving the centre

Please also remember to use the hand sanitise stations which are provided throughout the centre especially on arrival outside the front door.

Track and Trace

In order to help stop the spread of Coronavirus we will be implementing a QR Code scanning policy from Thursday. Scanning stations will be located throughout the centre.

On arrival each time to a class please scan the QR code, using the NHS COVID-19 app (track and trace). For more details regarding what the app does check out this link.

This is to help trace and stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19)

NHS Test and Trace will be able to contact customers with public health advice should there be a virus outbreak.

Please download the NHS COVID-19 APP from midnight this evening.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that no props or mats are to be provided until further notice. Therefore, please bring your own mat, straps and blocks to help you with your practice.  Two metre spacing is still in place between our mats, please keep to the two metre rule at all times where possible.

We have antiviral cleaning and air exchange installed in the studios for use in-between each class and once again will be increasing our cleaning procedures for all public areas and high touch points such as door handles and stair handrails.

If you have any questions give us a call on 01536 428953 or email info@ironstone.club

Many Thanks,

The Ironstone Team
