Strictly’s Back for a FitSteps Dance Workshop!

Strictly’s back and Ironstone is having its very own dance workshop. Join us on Friday 30th September at 6:30pm for a night of fitsteps fun learning a bouncy, quickstep charleston dance to a Grease favourite. 

Learn the steps, a bit of technique with modifications for all levels and transition them together. By the end of the workshop you will know the full routine and have had a great full body workout. So, get your best pink lady or T-bird outfit on and get ready to move like light’ning.  If you have an Ironstone Gold, Silver or Bronze membership you receive 10% off workshops as per the terms of your membership agreement.
