An Update from Ironstone
Dear All,
Ahead of the announcement of lockdown restrictions being eased, we just wanted to check in and update you a little. We are expecting it to be a few more weeks before we are able to reopen our doors again for classes, so for now we are making a few changes to the online timetable to try and keep peoples spirits high.
On Friday evenings Brenda will be bringing the party atmosphere and taking a Zumba class at 6pm. On alternate Thursday’s, Olivia Holland will now be taking a Flow Yoga practice at 6.30pm. Olivia Hickman will be continuing her fortnightly workshops, with Yoga Nidra and #bekind Restorative Yoga for Self-Love coming up shortly.
After the recent success of our first Online Yoga brunch we have decided to host another. This time with Olivia Holland being the instructor hosting the event. Once again, we have partnered up with OSO Vegan who will be serving you a fabulous brunch alongside 1 hour 30 minutes of Yoga and Meditation.
28th February 10.30am via Zoom [£16 with food £10 without food]
Food will need to be collected from Ironstone on the 27th Feb. Details to follow nearer the time. Don’t forget you can take part without purchasing the food. If you have any allergies, please let us know.
We have also partnered up with Keep Healthy Kettering to offer Free Online Yoga classes for 6 weeks to our local community. Commencing on the 23rd and 25th February at 5pm, you can join Paul every Tuesday for an Intermediate Yoga Practice or Olivia Hickman every Thursday for a Beginners Yoga Practice. All are welcome to take part, simply book on via our website or app. Please share this with anyone who you think may benefit.
