HIIT Club Fitness Classes, Booty Burners and Circuit Training to TONE it all up!
Many of you will have already met Louise Frances who started our new HIIT Club in September and is the latest addition to our front of house team.
Lou is a fully qualified personal trainer (PT) and nutritionist and is a just a few weeks away from achieving her Reformer Pilates qualifications ready for Reformer classes (group and private) to return to our timetable.
Through the week Lou is running fitness classes, helping our community to improve their cardiovascular, muscular fitness and mental health. All classes are suitable no matter your fitness levels.
Monday 5.45pm – ‘Shy Girl Workout’ is a safe space for Women who want to get fit but are uncomfortable in a gym environment.
Tuesday 7am – ‘Booty Burner’ is a resistance band conditioning workout aimed at toning your legs, glutes & building your core strength.
Tuesday 5.45pm and Wednesday 7am – ‘HIIT Club’ is a fun workout for all abilities to efficiently burn calories and get their feel-good hormones active.
Thursday 5.30 – ‘TONE it Up!’ is a dumbbell weight training class for all abilities to sculpt and tone both upper & lower body.
Friday 7am – ‘Circuit Training’ to start the weekend off in the right way. Interval training to upbeat tunes.
