Dementia Day, The Core at Corby Cube: 9 November

Ironstone Wellbeing Centre is excited to partner with the Corby Dementia Friendly Community for Dementia Day 2022. We’d like to give a big thank you to Isobel Mann for getting us involved in what will be a brilliant day for a fantastic cause.

Ironstone will be putting on pilates classes for those with dementia and those caring for dementia. We will be guiding them through a beautiful meditation practice in the morning, followed by a seated exercise session with Mindful Movements in the afternoon.

There will be plenty more incredible organisations attending on the day, all of whom will be there to offer support and advice for those in need. Finishing it off, we have a Dementia Friendly Screening of the film Mamma Mia.

The best part is it’s completely free, so come along and find out more or get involved.
