Update to our Cancellation Policy
We just wanted to start by saying a big thank you to all who have attended a class since we reopened our doors. We hope that you are enjoying your Ironstone experience and that you feel safe in the environment which we have set out. Please remember to wear a mask on arrival and to only remove this when you are in our taped off area in the studio. You must scan the QR code on arrival.
Given the cold weather we understand the need for layers on arrival, but please where possible try to come to Centre class ready. We discourage bags being taken into the studios as this takes up a great deal of space. Please either use the lockers provided (please social distance and wait for your turn) or bring minimal baggage with you.
At the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre, we have decided to amend our cancellation policy. As of Monday 7th December 2020, we will now be dropping the late cancellation window from 24 hours to 8 hours. Therefore, if you cancel with under 8 hours to go until the start time of the class you will be charged.
- Class pack and drop-in classes will automatically be charged one credit as per the system setup.
- Any members who cancel under 8 hours will be charged a £5 fee.
In an ideal world we would not like to charge cancellation fees, but as a small business running at such a reduced capacity at present we are having to enforce the cancellation policy. It is also unfair on people who are on the waiting list if they miss out on the chance of attending a class. If you have a legitimate reason as to why you cannot attend a class at short notice, please let us know as we want to be fair to everyone.
Do not forget that on Saturday 12th December we are running our virtual Elf day Event. Further details can be found via this link. We hope that you can join us in helping raise funds for the Alzheimer’s society. Raffle tickets can now be purchased via the online store on the app.
