I entered the therapy world in 2009, as a traditional Beauty Therapist, working in spas and salons, but I soon realised that the aesthetic focus of the beauty industry was not for me and I began to embark on a search for more holistic and alternative ways of healing the body, as well as the mind and the soul.
I was guided to Crystal Healing and Reiki and became a practitioner of both of these beautiful healing practices in 2016, which have helped both me and my clients to heal and connect with themselves ever more deeply. Crystals provide us with such a powerful healing experience that I use them throughout all of my treatments, which are listed below, and where appropriate sound is also used as a healing modality.
50 mins – £45
A therapy that works on multiple levels. I use the energy of crystals and spirit to heal physical ailments, such as back pain, as well as to heal emotional, mental and spiritual complaints.
I have a varied array of techniques that I can use throughout a crystal healing treatment, and as the process is ‘souly’ intuitive I am guided to use the techniques that you need at that time, therefore no two treatments are ever the same and everyone’s experience of crystal healing is very personal to them.
A treatment can be made up of physical,
hands-on healing, work in the energetic field (aura), crystals being used on and around the body, sacred geometries, creative visualisation techniques and many other methods.

Reiki invokes universal life force energy to heal and transmute energy within the mind, body and the soul. Like many energetic healing modalities Reiki works on multiple levels, treating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ailments. I will be guided to what you need at the time of your treatment.
A series of hand positions are laid upon on the body (and/or in the energetic field) for varying amounts of time, to remove stagnant energy from the energetic system, which creates space for energy to flow uninhibited through the body once again.
High vibrational, violet light energy is also used (if appropriate) to increase the energetic resonance of the body. Reiki is a very individual and personal experience, and the position of hand healing varies from person to person.

Handed down by many ancient civilisations, Hopi ear candles are a natural and non-invasive treatment that helps relieve conditions such as excessive or compacted ear wax, snoring, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, headaches and migraines, colds, as well as many more conditions affecting the ear, nose and head.
The treatment begins by burning an ear candle in each ear, which produces heat and aromatherapy scents that massage the tiny bones in the ears to
stimulate healing. Sound is also created as the candles burn, which adds another complementary healing dimension that produces deep relaxation.
After each ear has been treated with a candle, a pressure point facial massage concludes the treatment, which helps enhance the healing benefits of the treatment.
50 mins – £45
A light to medium pressure massage that works into all the major muscle groups of the body aiding relaxation and rejuvenation.
The areas of the body that are massaged are the legs and feet, hands and arms, back, neck and shoulders, and areas that are optional are the abdomen and the face and decolletage.
Massage helps to stimulate healing of the skin and muscles by improving blood flow to these areas, as well as creating heat to soften and relax tense muscle tissue, and manual manipulation of knotted and tight muscle fibre helps to break down and relieve tension from the body.
25 mins – £25
A light to medium pressure massage that works into the muscles of the back, neck and shoulders where we all hold lots of tension. The old expression ‘carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders’ is very resonant here.
Our core and back muscles connect the top half of our bodies to the bottom half, and so this area does a lot of work to support us each and every day.
Lovingly treating our precious backs to a regular massage helps to prevent and ease muscle tension allowing our back, neck and shoulders to support us in all that we do.
50 mins – £50
A light pressure massage that targets the body’s lymphatic drainage system that helps to detoxify and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. Pre-blended aromatherapy oils are used to calm, invigorate or balance and this will be guided by how you are feeling at the time of your treatment.
Aromatherapy massage draws on Swedish massage techniques, but uses a light pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system. The areas of the body that are massaged are the legs and feet, hands and arms, back, neck and shoulders, and areas that are optional are the abdomen and decolletage.

By far my favourite massage to receive! Our scalps are easily forgotten about and can hold a lot of tension that can lead to headaches, neck and back complaints (as everything is connected after all)!
Scalp massage is most beneficial when used with oil, as this also treats the hair and the skin, but it can also be done without – whatever your preference is. I
massage the scalp, neck and shoulders as part of this massage to help loosen and make light the skin and muscles of the head, neck and shoulders.
